The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia prepared a draft decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the establishment of a simplified procedure for issuing Russian national driver's licenses to residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. "According to the provisions of the draft order, the exchange of driver's licenses held by citizens of these territories for Russian driver's licenses will be carried out in a simple way - without taking relevant exams and paying state fees," the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation reported.
