The European Commission has announced that it has selected 77 European net zero technology projects that will receive support of 3.4 billion euros through the Innovation Fund competition. "By reinvesting the revenue from the EU's emissions trading system in cutting-edge clean technologies, the Innovation Fund helps companies go to market, reduce emissions and strengthen Europe's competitiveness," said EU climate member Wofke Hoekstra.
