Tesla is calling on shareholders to re-elect Musk to the board

Tesla of America called on shareholders to re-elect CEO Elon Musk, chairman Robin Denholm and board member Jeffrey Brian Straubel to the board for three years, according to a proxy statement on the website of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
