The Russian military attacked a factory producing polymeric materials in the Kiev region overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday. "In the Kyiv region, the Irpen industrial plant (Planet Plastics plant), which produces polymeric materials for the needs of the military industry, was damaged," the ministry said in a statement.
