Russia and Belarus will sign the rules for the common electricity market

Belarus and Russia intend to soon conclude agreements on the formation of a unified electricity market by signing the rules for its operation, Belarusian Energy Minister Denis Moroz said on the ONT state TV channel. "We currently have a signed agreement, and in the very near future we must finalize our agreements by signing the rules by which the relevant market will operate," Moroz said.
