Seismologists recorded 11 of the most prominent earthquakes that occurred off the coast of Kamchatka and in its territory during the past week, the main directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies in the region reported on Monday. "From October 12 to 18, 11 seismic events were recorded, two of which were felt in populated areas," the report states.
