The Russian military attacked a ship carrying cargo for the Ukrainian military in the Black Sea near Odessa, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday. "30 km east of the port of Odessa, while crossing the sea, a dry cargo ship carrying military and dual-use cargo was hit," the ministry said.
