Ukraine's capabilities to produce cruise missiles and ballistic missiles have been reduced as a result of Russian attacks, said the head of the Russian General Staff Valery Gerasimov. "In total, 12 massive attacks were carried out in September and October, during which 30 factories of the military-industrial complex and logistics centers involved in the production and storage of missiles and drones were damaged," Gerasimov said in a report to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
