The vast majority of the messengers active in Moscow in advance - during the volunteering period from September 30 to October 14 - passed a test to know the rules of driving and received a credit for the coming year; On October 15, passing the test became a mandatory condition for receiving orders, the press service of the capital's Ministry of Transport told Interfax. "Please note that during the volunteering period from September 30 to October 14, the vast majority of active messengers have already passed the test in advance and received credit for the year ahead," the announcement reads.
