Novak announced the willingness of the Russian Federation to ensure balance in the global energy markets
Russia's geographical location and the presence of a large amount of hydrocarbons allow the country to take a significant role in ensuring balance in global energy markets, says Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. "Our country, Russia, has always been a reliable supplier of energy resources, both to Western Europe, where long-term infrastructure projects were built, starting in the 1960s for the supply of oil and gas, and today we are reliable suppliers to world markets, including on the basis of long-term relations with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
