"Business Russia" proposed to speed up the entry into force of new rules on restructuring businesses before bankruptcy

"Business Russia" proposes to postpone the entry into force of the law to create a new mechanism for the rehabilitation of debtors before bankruptcy from July 27 to January 1, 2027, and to soften the conditions of access to it.
