Moscow plans to interact directly with Afghanistan in the field of security

Moscow intends to build constructive cooperation with Kabul, to interact directly with the current Afghan leadership in the field of security, economy and regional stability, said Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Alexei Shevtsov.
