Tsibilev advocated subsidizing SAF fuel to strengthen demand for it. It makes sense to subsidize the production and use of SAF fuel (sustainable aviation fuel, with a low carbon footprint, based on bio-based raw materials) to stimulate growth in demand for it, Energy Minister Sergey Tsibilev said at the Russian Energy Week.
