The State Duma Committee supported the inclusion in the CER of banks working only with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The State Duma Committee for the Financial Market recommended adopting in first reading Bill No. 1269756-8 regarding the inclusion of banks with the right to withdraw funds only from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the deposit insurance system (DIS).
