The lists of specializations requiring higher and secondary education will be revised, said the head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Valery Plekov, during a government hour at the Federation Council on Wednesday. "This list should of course be examined, because time does not stand still, and we see in a number of specializations that have a history of 50-70 years that they have actually moved to the category of non-higher education," Falkov said, answering the question of the justification of the requirement for higher education for a number of positions.
