The contribution of the increase in housing and communal services rates to inflation in Russia can be estimated based on full data for October; Weekly data do not show the whole picture, said Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Alexei Zabotkin. "We will wait for full data for October and based on that we will assess (the contribution of linking rates to inflation - IF)," Zabotkin told reporters in the State Duma.
