The initiative to legalize overbooking on flights in Russia in its current version does not take into account the main interests of tourists and tour operators, so such changes cannot be accepted now, said Deputy Head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Vakhrokov. "We are always very careful with anything new, because sometimes the most effective decision is not to do it.
