ER-Telecom has partially restored services after an outage

ER-Telecom Holding JSC (Dom.ru brand) has restored the operation of key services after a technical malfunction recorded on October 11, some resources are planned to be restored in the near future, the company said in a statement. The digital services operator Dom.ru is completing the work to restore access to its services.
