Japan calls for increasing oil reserves in Asia

Japanese Trade Minister Ryusai Akazawa has called for increased cooperation between oil-producing and consuming countries, as well as increasing crude oil reserves and developing energy infrastructure in Asia to increase the region's resilience to supply disruptions, Bloomberg reports.
