FAS will fine PIK and Lovitel for restricting providers' access to homes

The Federal Antimonopoly Service opened administrative proceedings against a group of people from the developer PIK and the telecom operator Lovitel to impose a fine for restricting the access of telecommunications providers to apartment buildings, the FAS reported.
