OFAC, on Trump's order, will issue a license for the supply of Russian diesel fuel

The US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), on the orders of President Donald Trump, will immediately issue a temporary general license allowing the supply of Russian diesel to the world market.
