The three-year federal budget draft takes into account preferential loans to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) for 2027 in the amount of 26 billion rubles, Stanislav Drozhinin, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, said on Telegram.
