Population censuses in the Commonwealth of Nations will be held in 2030

The Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Nations at a meeting in Turkmenistan made a decision on the issue of conducting population censuses of the 2030 round in the member states of the Commonwealth of Nations. "Agreed and approved in 2027 a list of socio-economic and migration indicators that should be included in the plans of the national population censuses of the 2030 round to ensure comparability between the countries of the main results of the population censuses of the CIS region," the BelTA state agency quotes the council's decision.
