In the Volgograd region, a minor was arrested in a case of breaking into state services

Employees of the departments of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Volgograd region arrested a minor resident of the Gorodishchensky district, who is suspected of sending SMS to hacked accounts on the public services portal, the FSB reported.
