The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation reacted very quickly to the situation with a fire on a tanker in the Black Sea, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov. "There was no need to give instructions (...) because the Ministry of Transport, Minister Andrey Nikitin, reacted very quickly, he assembled the operational headquarters several times, all forces and means were pulled up," Peskov told reporters on Thursday.
