Indian authorities are in touch with Moscow and Kiev to ensure there are no threats to shipping in the Black Sea, Indian foreign ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said on Wednesday. "We are trying to be helpful, starting with the issue of shipping safety in the Black Sea, while paying attention to the pressing reasons for concern of Russia and Ukraine regarding the export of grain and energy resources, the ability to refuse strikes," Bloomberg quoted him. "Attacks in the region on commercial shipping and sailors must stop.
