The Duma Committee supported the right of the Central Bank to determine "closed" jurisdictions for owners of financial organizations

At a meeting on Wednesday, the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market recommended the adoption in first reading of Bill No. 1208198-8, which permanently assigns the Bank of Russia the right to approve a list of countries and territories where owners and controlling owners of Russian financial organizations cannot be registered.
