Representatives of Telegram do not contact Russian law enforcement agencies on the issue of the war on drugs, despite the fact that communication between consumers and dealers often takes place on this messenger, said the acting head of the main directorate for drug control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, police major Kirill Samorov.
