In Kazakhstan, after the death of military personnel during an exercise in the Caspian Sea, the former commander-in-chief of the naval forces was detained, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Interfax. "The military investigation unit of the Ministry of the Interior, as part of an investigation into a criminal case on the death of military personnel during an exercise in the Caspian Sea, detained the former navy general for negligence and placed him in a temporary detention center," the press service said.
