The Indian side is holding talks with both Russia and Ukraine on security in the Black Sea and other aspects, Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar said on Monday. "We maintain relations with Russia and Ukraine and try to help, including on the issue of the security of ships in the Black Sea," he said during a speech in Delhi. "In addition, we are discussing the concerns of both sides regarding grain exports and energy exports.
