The control over the export of cash currency from the Russian Federation made it possible to prevent the illegal export of almost 180 million dollars (about 12.5 billion rubles according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank on October 3), Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said during parliamentary discussions in the Federation Council. "Thanks to the supervision of the export of cash currency from April to July of this year, 291 cases of export of cash currency in the amount of almost 180 million dollars were avoided.
