Peskov said that the Russian Federation has intelligence capabilities to monitor the situation at the borders
Addressing media reports that Estonia is moving troops to Russia's borders, Russian President Dmitry Peskov's press minister said Russia has the necessary intelligence capabilities to properly monitor the situation on its borders. "There should be no doubt that our Ministry of Defense and other relevant services have the intelligence potential necessary to properly monitor and assess the situation around our borders," he told reporters, responding to a question about whether they had Russian intelligence services confirm this information.
