Deutsche Telekom wants to save €2.5 billion by 2030 through AI and automation
Germany's Deutsche Telekom expects to reduce indirect costs by around 2.5 billion euros by 2030 compared to 2023 through AI and automation. "AI detects the peak traffic in the cellular network earlier, helping customer service representatives and thus contributing to the immediate resolution of problems," the company said.
