More than 60 earthquakes occurred off the coast of Kamchatka within a week

Over the past week, seismologists have recorded 62 of the most prominent earthquakes that occurred off the coast of Kamchatka, the main directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the region reported on Monday. "From September 28 to October 4, 62 seismic events were recorded, six of which were felt in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with magnitudes of up to two, three and four," the report states.
