The relations between Baku and Berlin have reached a qualitatively new level - a strategic partnership, said the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. "Azerbaijan, being Germany's most important and reliable partner in the South Caucasus, attaches special importance to the comprehensive development of relations and cooperation between countries," Aliyev noted in his congratulations to his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the occasion of Germany's national holiday - the Day of German Unity.
