The Russian military, during the Strategic Command and Staff (SCT) "Center-2026" exercise, used "Solntsepek" and "Tosochka" heavy flamethrower systems with new thermobaric shells, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Friday. TOS-1A "Solntsepek" and TOS-2 "Tosochka" incendiary systems with new thermobaric ammunition with increased power and a firing range of up to 20 kilometers," the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
