The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has developed a draft government order, according to which SHE participants and their children will be able to enroll in paid education, regardless of the maximum number of places in specializations with a regulated scope of admission, and a uniform schedule for publishing information about paid places by Russian universities has been established, the ministry's press service told Interfax.
