An initiative was published on the competitive selection of hydroelectric and pumping power plant projects through a return on investment mechanism

The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation published a draft government decision on determining the procedure for attracting and returning investments in the construction of new hydroelectric power plants and pumped storage power plants within the framework of the CSA mechanism (electricity supply agreement determines the return of investments through payments in the wholesale energy market).
