The former deputy governor of Kuban and Lasov received 14 years for fraud

In Krasnodar, the Soviet court found the former deputy governor of the Krasnodar Territory and ataman of the Kuban Military Cossack Association (KVKO) Alexander Velsov, as well as his adviser Alexander Strodovtsev, guilty of fraud and abuse of power in issuing subsidies for the purchase of property for SVO members.
