The Eurasian Intergovernmental Council on Friday approved an adjustment to the rules for the functioning of the EAEU's common electricity market so that in the first stage it will be launched in the form of trade within the framework of bilateral agreements, the Eurasian Economic Commission reported after the meeting of the Intergovernmental Council.
