The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (ICR) is investigating the facts of US financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the seized funds of the founder of the Tsargrad group of companies, Konstantin Malofeev, said the official representative of the department, Svetlana Petrenko. "The Main Investigation Department of the ICR, at the request of Konstantin Malofeev, opened a criminal case on the misuse of funds in accounts in the United States and their use to finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Petrenko told reporters on Friday.
