Russian stock exchange opened with a slight change in the Moscow and RTS exchange indices

The Russian stock market at the start of trading in the morning session on the Moscow Exchange on Friday is taking shape against the backdrop of several statements by Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the situation surrounding the Ukrainian conflict, a drop in oil (December Brent futures are trading at $102 a barrel) and new US sanctions against the A7 settlement network.
