Competition in universities implementing the new higher education model reached 18 people per spot

Competition for budgeted spots in universities participating in the pilot project for transitioning to a new model of higher education amounted to 18 people per spot; more than 63 thousand students enrolled in universities for basic and specialized higher education programs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation reported. "Today, 17 universities of various industrial affiliations are participating in it (in the pilot project - IF)."
