Former Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov is no longer the General Director of the mining company JSC Innopolis Tech (Tatarstan), and Vladimir Lysenko has become the new head, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
