The Preslav District Court opted for preventive measures in the form of arrest for the general manager of a pyrotechnic plant in the village of Kobrinsk near Preslav-Zelsky, where a fire occurred and 14 people died, the press service of the Preslav Regional Court told Interfax on Wednesday. "He was taken into custody until November 28," said the interlocutor of the agency.
