Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold meetings in Moscow on Thursday with the heads of the foreign ministries of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Oleg Bartsits and Akshar Dzhioev, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
