The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow transferred to the state about 8 million additional shares of Rusagro PJSC as part of the second anti-corruption lawsuit of the Prosecutor General's Office against the relatives of the company's founder Vadim Moskovich and CEO Maxim Basov. "Bet to the income of the Russian Federation 5,701,814 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2.5 rubles of Rusagro Group PJSC, registered for Yulia Nikolaevna Tribunskaya, 2,266,518 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2.5 rubles of PJSC Olivia Rusagro Group," announced the judge at PJSC Oliich Rusagro Group.
