Manager of burnt pyrotechnics factory in Yaroslavl region arrested

Investigators arrested the manager of a pyrotechnics manufacturing plant in the Yaroslavl region, where a fire that killed 14 people occurred a day earlier. "The general director was arrested on suspicion of violating industrial safety requirements for hazardous production facilities, which caused the death of the pyrotechnics manufacturing plant's employees," the ICR Investigative Directorate in the region reported on Tuesday.
