Estonian telecommunications companies ask to lift the ban on dubbing content into Russian

Heads of major Estonian telecommunications companies appealed to the republic's authorities with a request to reconsider the language law amendments adopted in the summer and to restore dubbing and voice-over translations into foreign languages, primarily Russian, ERR reports.
