North Korea accused the US of destroying the global nuclear order

Washington, through its nuclear proliferation actions, has brought the global nuclear order into crisis, the DPRK's foreign ministry said in a memo released by KCNA. "Open actions of the United States in the vertical and horizontal proliferation of nuclear weapons shake the foundations of the international non-proliferation regime and become the main factor threatening peace and security throughout the world," the ministry said.
